Hubei Huimin Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. used "20GI15" as the female parent and "(Ekongmian 7 × GK19)F10" as the male parent to cross, and selected the conventional cotton varieties bred by pedigree method.

In 2017, it was approved by the Hubei Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee, and the variety approval number is Eshen Cotton 2017007.

Quality Yield:

From 2014 to 2015, he participated in the regional test of cotton varieties in Hubei province. the fiber quality was determined by the cotton quality supervision, inspection and testing center of the Ministry of agriculture. the average length of the upper half of the fiber was 29.7mm, the specific breaking strength was 28.9 cn/tex, and the micronaire value was 4.5. The average yield of lint per mu in the two-year regional test was 88.58kg, which was 10.88 higher than that of the control Hubei anti-cotton 13. Among them, the per mu yield of lint in 2014 was 78.40kg, 9.04 higher than that of Hubei Kangmian 13. In 2015, the per mu yield of lint was 98.76kg, 12.39 higher than that of Hubei Kangmian 13.

Feature properties:

It is a transgenic Bt conventional insect-resistant cotton variety. The plant is tower-shaped, tall, loose, with good permeability, strong growth potential, good uniformity, and thin hairs on the stem. Medium-sized leaves, dark green leaf color, medium-sized bracts, oval-shaped bell, weak bell tip protrusion, smooth spitting. In the regional test, the plant height is 118.1cm, the number of fruit branches is 13.0, the number of bolls per plant is 14.0, the weight of a single boll is 5.27g, the sample lint fraction is 42.88, and the sub-finger is 9.6g. The growth period is 110.1 days. The flower rate before frost was 85.9%. The resistance to diseases and insects was identified as resistance to Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt, and resistance to cotton bollworm.

Cultivation points:

1. Timely sowing. Sowing from the end of May to the beginning of June, the direct seeding density is generally 4000 plants per mu, 3-4 seeds per hole are sown, and seedlings are timely seeded after emergence.

2. Scientific fertilization. Generally, 12kg of pure nitrogen, 3.7kg of pure phosphorus and 10kg of pure potassium are applied in two times. 3.7kg of pure nitrogen, 3.7kg of pure phosphorus, 3.7kg of pure potassium and 1kg of boron fertilizer are applied to the base fertilizer. See flower and bell fertilizer, pure nitrogen 6.9-9.2kg, pure potassium 6.3kg.

3. Reasonable control. Follow the principle of light before and heavy after, a small amount of many times, bud period mu spraying 0.5~1 grams of Acrylamide, boll period depending on the growth of cotton per mu spraying 1.5~2 grams of Acrylamide, topping within 7 days after spraying 4~5 grams of Acrylamide per mu upper cap.

4. Strengthen field management. Timely intertillage, ridging and soil cultivation, timely pruning, topping, pluck redundant buds, and timely irrigation in case of drought.

5. Timely pest control. Pay attention to the prevention and control of cotton aphids, red spiders, blind bugs, Bemisia tabaci and other insect pests.

Suitable range:

It is suitable for planting rape or wheat after harvest in cotton area of Hubei Province, and it is not suitable for planting in the places with serious diseases of Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt.
