Visit and study in our company

On August 5, 2013, Huimin, Hubei welcomed 7 students from the social practice team of China Agricultural University and Huazhong Agricultural University. During the five-day social practice, the team members visited Hubei Huimin headquarters, Guanggu base and Ezhou base, and had a comprehensive understanding of the company's operation, production, R & D and other aspects.

The staff of the company's headquarters, human resources center and administrative center introduced the basic situation of the company to the team members, and the marketing center staff introduced the company's variety status, seed sales process and after-sales service to the team members in detail.

On August 6, deputy general manager Xia Shijie arranged for the team members to visit and study at Optics Valley Base. The staff of the processing plant explained the seed processing technology and process to the team members; the logistics department introduced the warehouse logistics management process; in the product testing and development center, the team members visited the molecular breeding laboratory.

On August 7, the team members gathered at the company's headquarters, and the team Tang Xuebing arranged vehicles to send the team members to Ezhou base.

Under the leadership of scientific researchers and product developers, the team members went to the field to experience seed breeding research and product comparison testing; Xiao Jinfa, the head of the Ezhou base, explained the management of the seed base to the team members.

On August 8, the Human Resources Center conducted an internal exchange with the team members on management policies and procedures.

Lianhe and manager Yu patiently answered the team members' questions about the company's administration, human resources management and administrative management, shared their work experience with them and put forward some good suggestions on their future employment direction.

On August 9, the last day of social practice, with the cooperation of the administrative center and the human resources center, the team members completed the social practice report and successfully completed the social practice activity.

After the practice, the practice group also sent a "thank you letter" to express its gratitude for the company's warm reception and professional explanation!
