In order to promote the high-quality development of the company and implement the business philosophy of "everything for growth, everything for development", a series of training activities were organized from June 11-13, 2024, including management role recognition, rice professional knowledge, and new employee training.

On June 11th, Zhao Weigong, Executive Director/General Manager and Management System Enhancement Expert of Wuhan Hailong Communication Technology Co., Ltd., was hired to provide "Management Role Awareness" themed training for regional managers and above in the company's business sectors.  


 

Based on personal experience, Teacher Zhao conducted cognitive training on management roles and used various forms such as group interactive Q&A, case analysis, and achievement verification to explain in depth how to do a good job in management and role transformation, inspiring participating employees to seriously consider how to improve their management abilities based on their job responsibilities and work reality.

The general manager of the company, Lu Liwei, summarized the training and requested the company's employees to continuously improve their awareness and unify their thinking based on their own job positions, implement the training content into daily work, and promote the rapid development of Hubei Huimin.



On the morning of June 12th, the Director of Human Resources, Yu Lan, made a phased summary report on the work of the Human Resources Department during the period of high-quality development. She regards talent recruitment, training, promotion, and growth as the core direction of the company's strategic development. At the same time, according to the standards of talents at different levels, she pointed out clear directions for building and improving employees. Our managers should be brave enough to take responsibility and strive hard, and our grassroots employees should constantly strive for progress and breakthroughs. At the same time, recognition was given to the recruitment of internal referral employees, further enhancing their enthusiasm for continuous referral and improving recruitment efficiency. At the same time, the company will strengthen the reserve and training of talents, continuously empower evaluation, and make greater support and contribution to the high-quality development of the company.
On the morning of June 12th at 10:00, the company invited external expert Cheng Jianping, a researcher at the Grain Crop Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, to give a training session on the theme of "Rice+Main High Quality and Efficient Green Planting and Breeding Technology Model and Key Technologies - Taking Shrimp Rice Co cultivation as an Example". Personnel from the company's rice business unit and all personnel from the quality inspection department participated in the training.
Researcher Cheng Jianping mainly explained the key technical points of high-quality, efficient and green rice planting under the "rice+" model and the rice shrimp co cultivation model in Hubei Province. He popularized the basic situation of Hubei's rice industry development, the advantages of the "rice+" model, the selection criteria and key technical points of shrimp rice fields, as well as the prevention and control technology of rice pests and diseases to employees. This training allows employees to have a deeper understanding of the advantages and selection criteria of shrimp rice fields, which is beneficial for employees to communicate and popularize some professional knowledge with customers in the later stage, and improve customer trust and stickiness.


    

From the afternoon of June 12th to the morning of June 13th, Hubei Huimin organized a training program for new employees who have been employed for less than a year. The training was conducted in a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical labor experience. The main content of theoretical knowledge training includes four aspects: corporate culture, introduction to the Huimin Information Platform, basic financial knowledge, and the marketing manual of the Rice Business Unit. The purpose is to enable new employees to have a deeper understanding of corporate culture and core values, business software operation, and financial reimbursement knowledge, accelerate their integration into the company, familiarize themselves with various processes, and quickly enter the working state.

At the meeting, Mr. Lu gave a speech on the theme of "Firm Belief, Focus and Progression", teaching employees to adhere to four confidences: company confidence, cultural confidence, variety confidence, and operational confidence. At the same time, in accordance with the company's requirements for high-quality development, a detailed explanation will be given on the core values of Hubei Huimin, namely "enterprising, efficient, innovative, and leading", and the Huimin spirit, namely "dedication, collaboration, responsibility, and optimism". This will motivate employees to strive for self-improvement, adhere to the coordinates of life, conduct, and service, and continuously progress towards their goals.


On the morning of June 13th, all new employees, led by He Chao, the General Manager of Huahui Brand Department, went to the Hubei Huimin Qianjiang Houhu Demonstration Base for labor practice - on-site transplanting activities. Leaders such as He Chao, General Manager of the Zhonghua Hui Brand Department, and Yang Zhenguo, Manager of the Rice Products Department, have enabled new employees to learn and understand the situation of the base and market environment from the aspects of base layout, demonstration field display, and performance of advantageous varieties in the market. They have also learned the process technology of soaking seeds to promote germination. This event allowed new employees to experience the process of transplanting rice seedlings on site, master the technical essentials of transplanting rice, further enhance their professional knowledge of rice, and have a deeper understanding of the company's mission of "developing ethnic seed industry and promoting rural revitalization". The company will continue to follow up on the growth and development of employees and continuously create a group of seed industry talents!
