In order to explore the development path of planting and breeding cooperatives in the new era, the Scientific Planting and Breeding Council Alliance and the "Scientific Planting and Breeding" magazine recently held a national experience exchange and production and marketing matchmaking meeting for large planting and breeding households in Beijing.

It is understood that at present, there are 1.65 million farmers' cooperatives in China, and the land circulation area exceeds 1/3 of the total cultivated land area. Participants believed that planting and breeding cooperatives are still in the initial stage of development, and there are still shortcomings in brand creation, promotion of agricultural efficiency and farmers' income. They must adapt to the new normal and urgently need to transform to scale, industrialization, and standardization.

Relevant experts said that through policy support, we should lead the structural adjustment of cooperatives, speed up the reform of agricultural supply side to improve quality and efficiency, lead the structural adjustment of cooperatives, and promote the modes of saving cost and reducing consumption, green production increase and recycling, so as to promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries.
