On the morning of November 23, the Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture held a conference to study and implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Director Zhu Jinshui presided over the conference and deployed learning arrangements. Party Secretary Dai Guizhou conveyed the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Party and the revision of the Party Constitution. The leaders of the hall at home sat on the rostrum, and all the staff of the organs, the team members of the Animal Husbandry Bureau, the Fisheries Bureau, the Agricultural Machinery Bureau, the Energy Office, and the main responsible persons of the departments attended the meeting.
